When I inject Pokémon FireRed (patched with GBATA) using this GBA VC injector, whenever it tries to save, it gives me an "1M sub-circuit board is not installed" error and fails to save. Even though FireRed is SRAM patched.
I have do it with a Japanese Pokemon Game and its dont work... After the save its come a error sound and its doesnt save ...

You're correct in assuming it's not possible for GBA VC injects to have save state functionality - but this is precisely due to it not being emulation. It's the real thing for all intents and purposes.
Makes sense, I heard that the GBA "emulator" isn't really an emulator, it's just the 3DS running a GBA game in DS mode. Oh well.

You have to check "SRAM" option on step 1 due to now the rom have SRAM save type. When I inject Pokémon FireRed (patched with GBATA) using this GBA VC injector, whenever it tries to save, it gives me an "1M sub-circuit board is not installed" error and fails to save. Even though FireRed is SRAM patched.

Also, would this work on a wine wrapper for Mac OS X? Has anyone attempted it?

Is there any plans to add a sleep mode patching option? I know it only works for some games, not all, so it's understandable if it doesn't seem worth implementing. Also, would this work on a wine wrapper for Mac OS X? Has anyone attempted it?
Not sure about the wine wrapper since I don't have access to a working Mac anymore, but I'm guessing it would work. As for the sleep patch, there's an option in the injector for that already.

Now I know how to solve the error, but you'll have to wait until I came back from my holidays to release the next version. For some reason I'm getting this error message?************** Exception Text **************

because vc is the best way to play gba games for O3DSI don't mean to be rude but what is the point in injecting roms when you can just play them on a emulator?
- #433
Pretty much this. I tried using a GBA emulator on my o3DS and it was literally unplayable.because vc is the best way to play gba games for O3DS

I even tried the
but its not working :-(You have to check "SRAM" option on step 1 due to now the rom have SRAM save type.

The recognized rom information for Spyro 2 are not good.
Ultimate GBA found Universal Interactive as the publisher, but actually it's Vivendi Universal.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vivendi_Games
I will check for all other Spyro GBA games.
Edit:
Same for Spyro Adventures

Spyro The Eternal Night doesn't work (white screen).
Maybe because it's a 32mb rom?

I can get it to work through Wine by installing dotnet45 and the support files for Visual Basic 2013. The cias it generates are all fine with the exception that none of the banner text is exported during file creation. I imagine there is some other dependency that needs enabled within winetricks.
Also, I can't figure out save injection for Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga and Yoshi's Island. Both save as 8 kb saves and do not accept those I inject back into them. All others seem to be either 32 or 64 kb saves and can be fixed, if needed, with a little trimming. But not so with these. Anyone know what's up or how to fix those two?
