This is the version available on GP on Xbox, can't say the same about PC though

Hello! This juggernaut edition is the same on Xbox, game pass, and PC. It's essentially the latest version of the game with all of the continued updates.
FWIW, if someone comes across this deal I highly recommend buying. This game is one of the best balances of open world zombie exploration base building and multiplayer that I have seen. And the devs are incredibly responsive and have continued to update the game with major game-changing features to this day, where they actually released a major change just this week.

The game was alright for the most part. I played the base story campaign like maybe 3.5 year after release and the final boss battle (for my path) bugged out and I ended up losing my main character (and my +1). That was kind of a bummer since once they die you lose them forever and can't bring them to your next play through.
Maybe I had ran into some incredibly bad luck...but really, a game with a perma-death mechanic and 3+ years after release should not still have that potential bug with the original story campaign. So if you run into a situation where it seems adds keep respawning (but in a glitchy way) and/or stop taking damage along with your main target...don't be an idiot like me and just run, run away!

Undead Labs developed this game, and they are a MS studio. It's highly unlikely this will leave gamepass. So don't buy it.
